Sports Vision Training is the science of helping athletes of all ages and skill levels reach peak performance through the enhancement of visual abilities. Some of the visual skills important in sport are eye-hand-body coordination, dynamic visual acuity (clarity of vision while moving and watching moving objects), focusing speed and accuracy, eye tracking, visual memory, depth perception, peripheral visual awareness, and reaction time. Sports vision training enhances the overall ability to process and respond to visual stimuli.
